Workflow system development is a five-stage process:

1 - Discovery - Tyger Valley Systems works closely with the client to understand the business need, and to identify areas of the process that will benefit from a workflow system

2 - Functional specification - The requirement is documented and the user interface designed, and a detailed plan for implementation is drawn up

3 - Production - The application is written as per the functional specification.

4 - Testing - The application is tested in conditions approximating as nearly as possible the actual conditions of use

5 - Launch - On completion of testing the application can be rolled out in a live environment.
